- 5+ years of professional experience developing backend systems with Go.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, API design, distributed systems, and data modeling.
- An open mindset toward AI-assisted software development and hands-on experience with coding agents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (English is our working language).
- A high degree of ownership and the ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and solve complex technical challenges.
Nice to have:
- Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership (people management experience is a plus).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments.
